Apparently climbing is decent training for bikleling...I hit the track last Thursday and turned over some good races, then came out to the Tuesday Nighter and took 5th??? Screw riding for 5 hours a day 7 days a week...just go climb at your local gym 3x/week for about 2 hours at a time and you will have decent race fitness!
BTW, for those of you who are so over zealous you didn't pick up on the sarcasm in my writing, realize I am just better than you.
